About the Role:

A leading textile manufacturing company based in Albania is urgently seeking experienced and skilled candidates for continuous recruitment, with an average requirement of 10 employees per month.
This is an excellent long-term opportunity for experienced garment production professionals.

Position:
• Experienced Seamstresses

Location: Albania

Salary & Benefits:
• Starting salary: €520 Gross per month / €460 Net
• Free accommodation provided by company
• Higher salary negotiable based on experience and skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate garment/textile production machines efficiently
• Stitch and assemble garments as per production standards
• Maintain product quality and output targets
• Follow factory safety procedures
• Support production team and supervisors

Job Requirements:

Required Skills & Machine Experience:
Candidates must have experience operating one or more of the following machines:
• Lockstitch (Single Needle) Machines
• Overlock (3 / 4 / 5 Thread) Machines
• Coverstitch Machines

Additional Advantage:
Experience in the following machines will be considered a strong plus:
• Flatlock Machines
• Bartack Machines
• Buttonhole Machines
• Button Attaching Machines

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum previous experience in textile / garment production
• Skilled in sewing machine operations
• Hardworking, disciplined, and reliable
• Ability to work in a factory production environment
• Basic English communication is an advantage

Important Selection Requirement:
Candidates must provide a short video showing them operating textile machines at their current workplace for client evaluation.
