About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Delivery Riders to join our fast-growing food delivery team in Latvia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food orders promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the company’s commitment to excellent service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and promptly deliver food orders to customers across assigned areas.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or mobile applications.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and uphold company standards.
• Ensure food is delivered in excellent condition, following safety and hygiene protocols.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customer service teams.
• Handle payments or delivery confirmations as per order requirements.
• Report any delivery delays, road hazards, or vehicle issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Minimum secondary school education preferred.
• Prior experience in delivery/logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic mobile device proficiency (for delivery app usage).
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
