About the Role:

We are seeking professional and safety-conscious Bus Drivers to join our growing team. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of passengers along designated routes, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to traffic and safety regulations. You will play a key role in supporting Malta’s public mobility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate public buses along assigned routes and timetables.
• Assist passengers with boarding, especially those with mobility needs.
• Ensure proper fare collection and issue tickets as required.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the operations team.
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle.

Deliver excellent customer service and respond to passenger inquiries

Job Requirements:

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent driving skills and safety awareness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Customer-oriented with a polite and respectful attitude.
• Basic mechanical understanding of vehicle operation.

Other Requirements:

• Valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.

English language proficiency; knowledge of Maltese is an advantage
