Terms of Service
Your privacy is important to us at Untitled. We respect your privacy regarding any
information we may collect
from you across our website.
(1) Who we are and how these terms work
GVMC Global (“GVMC”, “we”, “us”) helps people find jobs and study options abroad and guides visa filings.
These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and GVMC when you use our website, speak to our team,
submit an application, or buy our services. If you keep using our site or services, you agree to these
terms.

(2) What we do (scope of services)
- Recruitment: shortlisting candidates for employers, interview scheduling, offer
coordination. - Immigration/visa assistance: document checklists, form filling, appointment booking,
and status follow-ups. - Student & tourist services: program/course guidance, document prep, interview prep, and
post-arrival tips. - We work with 3rd parties (employers, universities, visa centers, embassies/consulates).
We do not control their decisions or timelines. Decisions on visas are made only by government authorities
under their rules.
(3) What we don’t do (no guarantees)
- We cannot guarantee a job, admission, scholarship, visa, or timeline. These are decided
by employers,
schools, and consulates under their laws and policies. - We do not create fake documents, make false statements, or advise you to do so. If we
find a risk or
misrepresentation, we may pause or stop the service.
(4) Eligibility and your responsibilities
You confirm that:
- You are at least 18, or you have consent from a parent/guardian.
- The information and documents you share are true, complete, and yours to use.
- You will attend interviews/biometrics on time and pay official government fees directly where required.
- You will follow destination-country laws and program rules.
(5) Anti-fraud & legal complianc
- In countries where we recruit Indian citizens for overseas jobs, recruitment activity is
licensed/regulated. GVMC will only operate within the law and will use authorised partners where
licensing
is required (e.g., Emigration Act, 1983 requirements for registration of recruiting agents in India). - We will not charge workers prohibited “recruitment fees” where the law bans it. Where allowed, we
may
charge service fees for advisory/immigration processing that are clearly disclosed in writing. - Pay only via official GVMC invoices/portals. We never ask for payment by personal accounts or random
DMs. Report any suspicious request to support@gvmcglobal.com.
(6) Fees, invoices, and refunds
- We’ll share a written fee plan before you start (what’s an official fee vs. our service fee).
- Government/3rd-party fees (VFS centers, couriers, medicals, police clearance, translations, etc.) are
non-refundable once paid to those parties. - GVMC service fees cover time and expertise. If you cancel, a fair portion may be non-refundable to cover
work already done (document reviews, forms prepared, appointments booked). We’ll state the stage-wise
refund schedule in your service order. - If your file is rejected by an authority, fees you paid to that authority are not in our control.
We may offer a re-file or appeal service with a new estimate. - Currency conversions, bank charges, and taxes are paid by you unless we say otherwise.
(7) Timelines
We share realistic windows after checking your profile and the destination rules. Timelines can change due
to embassies, background checks, seasons, quotas, or new regulations. We’ll keep you updated, but we aren’t
liable for delays caused by third parties or force-majeure events.
(8) Candidate terms (job-seekers)
- Shortlisting: being shortlisted does not mean an automatic offer or visa.
- Offers & contracts: the employer decides compensation, start date, and benefits. Read your
contract before signing. - Relocation basics: we can guide flights/insurance/housing tips, but you remain responsible for
personal
choices and costs unless your employer agrees otherwise. - No-show or withdrawal: if you back out after an offer/filing, employer policies may apply (e.g.,
re-hire
bans). Our service fee refund policy in Section 6 applies.
(9) Employer terms (recruiters & companies)
- Brief: share job description, headcount, salary, start dates, and compliance requirements.
- Shortlists & interviews: we’ll send pre-screened profiles; you decide whom to hire.
- Permits & onboarding: we support document packs and visa filings where applicable; you provide
employer-side papers promptly. - Replacements: if agreed in writing, we’ll offer replacement support when a hire drops out within
the covered window, subject to the contract. - No-poach: you will not hire our candidates off-platform to avoid agreed fees.
(10) Documents, data, and privacy
- We handle your documents with care and use them only for your case. Some documents must be shared with
3rd parties (employers, universities, visa centers, embassies). - See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, store, and share data, and your rights under
data-protection laws (e.g., GDPR info duties under Article 13 for EU residents). - You consent to receive case updates by email/phone/WhatsApp/SMS. You can change preferences anytime.
(11) Third-party services and platforms
We often use third-party portals (e.g., visa centers, government systems, job boards). They have their own
terms. We aren’t responsible for outages, appointment availability, or decisions made by these platforms or
authorities. (Visa outcomes are always at the sole discretion of the embassy/consulate under its
law.)
(12) Intellectual property
The GVMC website, logos, copy, and tools are protected by IP laws. You can read and print our pages for
personal use, but you can’t copy, resell, or republish our content without written permission.
(13) Acceptable use of our site
Don’t break the law on our site. Don’t upload viruses, scrape our data, attempt to bypass security, or
misuse our forms. Don’t post or send unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content.
(14) Limitation of liability
We are not liable for: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect damages; delays or rejections by
employers, schools, or government authorities; or events we can’t reasonably control. Our total liability
for any claim under these terms is limited to the service fees you paid us for that specific service.
(15) Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold GVMC harmless from claims, losses, and costs that arise from: (a) false or
illegal documents you provided, (b) misuse of our site/services, or (c) your breach of these terms or of
law.
(16) Sanctions, AML, and KYC
We may screen clients and documents against sanctions or risk lists and can refuse or stop service to
comply with AML/sanctions laws. We may ask for source-of-funds proofs for investment or residency routes as
required by law.
(17) Force majeure
We’re not responsible for failures or delays caused by events outside our control (government shutdowns,
new regulations, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, system outages, etc.). We’ll resume work as soon as
reasonable.
(18) Changes to services or terms
Rules change. We can update services and these terms anytime. If we make material changes, we’ll post the
new date at the top and, where reasonable, notify you. If you continue using our services after changes, you
accept the updated terms.
(19) Complaints and dispute resolution
We want to fix problems fast. Email support@gvmcglobal.com with the subject “Complaint” and your
case ID.
- We aim to respond within 7 business days.
- If unresolved, we’ll offer escalation to a manager and then to an independent complaint body where
available.
Governing law & courts: Choose one and add it here (for example):
- If your contract is with GVMC Global India Pvt. Ltd. → governed by the laws of India,
courts at
New Delhi (exclusive jurisdiction). - If your contract is with a different GVMC entity, the governing law/jurisdiction of that entity applies.
Ask your counsel which version to publish.
(20) Termination
We may suspend or end service if you breach these terms or if we believe there’s fraud or legal risk. You
may stop using our services anytime (refunds then follow Section 6).
(21) Notices
Official notices to GVMC must be sent to the address in Section 1 and to support@gvmcglobal.com. We may
send notices to the email/phone you gave us.
(22) Entire agreement
These terms + your signed service order/engagement letter are the whole agreement about our services. If
there’s a conflict, the service order controls.
(23) Definitions (quick list)
- Service order: the written plan we share (scope, stages, fees, refund rules).
- Official fees: money you pay to governments/embassies/visa centers.
- Service fees: money you pay GVMC for consulting, filings, and support.
- Recruitment fees: fees that some laws ban charging to workers (we comply with those laws).
