Job Summary
A leading bread manufacturing company in Bulgaria is looking for 10 General Factory Helpers to support daily production and factory operations. The selected candidates will assist in handling raw materials, packing finished products, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the production team in different sections of the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in bread production and factory operations.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Support machine operators and production staff.
• Arrange, pack, label, and stack bread products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Carry materials, trays, boxes, and other factory items as required.
• Ensure proper handling of food products according to factory standards.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and production managers.
• Keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
• Follow all safety rules, factory procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in any other factory-related work assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in factory, warehouse, production, or food manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Ability to lift and carry light to medium-weight materials.
• Basic understanding of factory work and discipline.
• Hardworking, honest, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Candidate should be ready to work overtime when required.
