About the Role:

Location:

Lithuania, Latvia, Poland – €9 per hour (based on experience)
Belgium, Holland, France, Sweden – €11-13 per hour (based on experience)

Work permit will be done in 1.5 – 2 month + visa within 2-3 weeks

Probation test period: 3 months

Length of Contract: 2 years, possibility for extension

Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG, MMA, MIG, and MAG welding on ship hull sections according to blueprints. Fabricate and fit metal parts with precision, ensuring structural integrity. Work independently while meeting quality and safety standards. Communicate clearly in English with team and company representatives.

Job Conditions:

• Working Hours: 220-300 hours per month
• Working days: Mon-Sat. (30 min break)
• Annual Leave: 22-24 days
• Shifts: 2 if needed
• Meals: not provided by employer
• Accommodation: Provided by employer
• Health Insurance: yes
• Over time: Provided
• Driving license: optional

Job Requirements:

Candidate Requirements:

• All welders must weld on NON-DUSTRUCTIVE TEST 100%.
• TIG Must weld Stainless steel pipes. Carbon steel pipes. Thickness from 3 mm to 20mm.
• Have practice to work in Industrial projects and ship building
• Must weld MIG & MAG with ceramic in shipbuilding projects.
• Thickness from 5 mm to 40 mm.
• Must speak English understandable very clear. All candidates will have video call with company representative person and make 15 min conversation.
• Male candidates only, aged between 25–45 years
